Shipping

Version 2026-10 · in force from 6 October 2026

Every Inni order is made to order and shipped from our production partner's warehouse in Helsinki, Finland. This page explains where we deliver, how, and when. It is part of our Terms of sale.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to the countries you can choose at checkout, currently within the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU at the moment. Because every order ships from inside the EU, there are no customs duties or import fees on deliveries within the EU.

2. Delivery methods

  • Finland: Posti, to a pickup point or parcel locker of your choice, or to your home.
  • Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: Posti, to a pickup point.
  • Other EU countries: DHL, delivered to your address.

Checkout shows the methods available for your address and the price of each before you pay. The carrier receives your name, address and phone number so it can deliver your parcel and tell you when it arrives.

3. When your order arrives

We make your order after your payment is accepted. It usually leaves our warehouse within 2 working days; an order paid after 16:00 Finnish time, or on a weekend or Finnish public holiday, starts on the next working day. The warehouse is closed on some days of the year, which the estimate takes into account.

The carrier then needs its own transit time. Checkout shows an estimated delivery date for each method, worked out from the production time and the carrier's usual transit time to your address. Your order confirmation shows the date estimated at payment. These are estimates: carriers can be slower, especially around holidays.

4. Following your parcel

We email you when your order ships. The carrier also sends its own notifications, for example when your parcel is ready at the pickup point. You can see the status of your order in your Inni account, or, if you bought in a store without an account, through the link in your order confirmation.

5. If your parcel is late, lost or damaged

If your parcel has not arrived a few days after the estimated date, or it arrives damaged, email us at hello@inni.com with your order number. We contact the carrier and, if the parcel is lost or damaged, send you a new one or refund you. See Returns, withdrawal and faulty products.

6. Pickup points and uncollected parcels

A parcel sent to a pickup point waits there for a limited time set by the carrier. If it is not collected, it comes back to us. What happens then is explained in section 10 of the Terms of sale.

7. Wrong address

Please check your address and phone number before you pay. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, it comes back to us and we can send it again for a new shipping fee.
